Shipping Outside of the U.S.

If you specify a shipping address that is not within the United States, we must quote the shipping and handling charges. Within 72 hours, we will send a shipping quote to the e-mail address you provide. It is essential that you provide a valid e-mail address.

Before we can process your order, you must confirm that the shipping and handling charges are acceptable, either by e-mail or phone. For phone confirmation of orders, call 620-231-0010 (800-835-0686 from within the U.S.) during our business hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. central time.

Our normal policy for international orders is to hold the entire order if an item is on back order. Please contact us if you would like your order partially shipped.

For any order that is shipped outside the U.S., the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges as well as any import tariffs, taxes, duties, broker fees, or any other associated charges.

Note: All international orders must be prepaid with a credit card.
