Requires soldering iron and solder, hobby knife, cool-melt gun and glue, needle-nose pliers, and a ruler.

Calculate the area of the solar panel and experiment to determine the relationship, if any, between the area of the panel and the vehicle’s velocity, by covering more rows of the panel for each test and recording the time and distance traveled.
