Job wanted: Extremely motivated individual looking for a challenging physical task. Qualifications include:

• Follow detailed instructions exactly
• Will work incessantly for long periods (24/7 if needed!)
• Complete tasks with very high level of accuracy
• Enjoy boring, repetitive tasks
• Willing to perform dangerous tasks (involving hazardous chemicals, explosives, danger to life and limb, and so forth.)

If an industrial robot had a resume, it might read like so. Because they’re so good at what they do, robots aid in the making of hundreds of products we use every day.
